Shipping and Returns
Shipping: We bake our products after you order, as we want you to get a fresh product. Some people think that loaves that need to "ripen", we have found this true for some of them. Transit times help with that. We ship Monday thru Wednesday, we don't want our babies to spend a weekend alone in a warehouse! We wrap your loaf with clear pastic then pack it in a plastic clamshell. Because of the perishable nature of our products they cannot be returned. We do our best to make sure you'll be satisfied with every purchase. If any item falls short of your expectations, please notify us immediately. We will promptly work with you on issuing a credit or sending a product replacement.
Delivery Restrictions: Due to perishability and customs restrictions, we have limited shipments to addresses in the United States, US Possessions and APO-FPO addresses.
