Pumpkin Layered Loaf

Hey Pumpkin, Say Cheese!  What an awesome combination, a classic pumpkin loaf with a thick layer of creamy cheese. This baby is a heavyweight champ averaging 2 pounds 13 ounces, hey... I was told use the two pound loaf pan but once I start spooning the mix it seems that I can't stop! This is a TB product (Team Baked).
